Client Management Features

ServiceEZ offers a comprehensive set of features for managing clients. This guide will walk you through the key functionalities and how to use them effectively.

Client List

The client list page provides an overview of all your clients. Here's what you can do:

• View all your clients in an easy-to-read table format
• Search for specific clients by name or email
• Perform quick actions like viewing client details or deleting a client
• Add new clients directly from this page

Adding a New Client

Adding a new client is a straightforward process:

1. Click on the "Add New Client" button
2. Fill in the client's details:
   • Name
   • Email
   • Phone number
3. Submit the form to create the new client

Client Details

When you click on a client, you'll see a detailed view of that client:

1. Client Information

   • View and edit client name, email, phone, and address
   • Email address is displayed but cannot be edited for security reasons

2. Client Orders

   • See a list of orders placed by this client
   • View order details such as Order ID, Date, Status, and Total
   • Access individual order invoices

3. Actions

   • Edit client information
   • Navigate back to the client list

Client Dashboard

Clients have access to their own dashboard, which includes:

• Personal information (name and email)
• Total number of orders placed
• Total amount spent
• List of recent orders

Client Orders

Clients can view their order history:

• See a paginated list of all their orders
• View details for each order including:
  • Order ID
  • Date
  • Total amount
  • Order status
• Navigate through pages of orders
